As part of this program learn Upayoga, a set of 10 simple yet powerful practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system and Surya Shakti, a dynamic form of the Sun Salutation which is an ancient yogic practice with a powerful sequence of 18 postures to strengthen the ligaments that hold the skeletal and muscular structure together.
Pranayam, Mantra Yoga, Nada Yoga and Meditations included
Beneficial for people experiencing stress and with cervical and lumbar problems, menstrual problems, gastritis and other health conditions
