Angamardana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health. “Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.

Builds physical strength, fitness, and tenacity

Prepares the body for Hatha Yoga

 In Angamardana, you use your own body weight and momentum to increase the flexibility of the muscle over a period of time. It is a phenomenal process and is so complete. It is as effective in building the body as any weight training is, and it does not create any unnecessary stress on the system. Even if you just look at it as an exercise form, Angamardana will definitely pass the test. But strengthening the muscle and bringing fat levels down are just fringe benefits.

Program Details

Dates: 11th July - 10th August (Mon - Fri)

Morning:  7:15 AM - 8:15 AM

Evening:  7:15 PM - 8:15 PM

Age:  8 years old and above only.

Discounted Fee: 4500 INR

Eligibility: No previous experience of Yoga required. 

Requirements: Empty stomach condition must be maintained for the session

           Wait for 6 months after a major surgery and 6 weeks after a minor surgery.

Health & Safety precautions

✔️ Daily hall sanitization before & after the session.

✔️ About 5-6 ft gap between each participant.
