Parivartana - a 21 Day Online Yoga Program
This program offers a simple, impactful daily health regimen based in Yogic Science. This 21 day workshop covers wake-up to bedtime routines such as importance of keeping the colon clean, cleansing the skin, about consuming water and food, sleeping habits, and gives an understanding of the science behind these practices.
Besides bringing the necessary changes to the body and mind, a daily routine helps one to tune into body’s biological clock, aids in better digestion, absorption and assimilation, and takes care of the health of the bodily organs. These regimens can be easily incorporated even by those with hectic lifestyles, and have a long-lasting impact on one’s wellness, health and vitality.
Yogic Practices
"You can address life just as body. You can address life as prana or life energy. You can address life on the cellular level. You can even address life on the atomic level. Or you can address life on the elemental level, which is most fundamental. Yoga is an attempt towards that." - Sadhguru
The body, the very earth, the universe, and the cosmos, all are just a play of five elements or the pancha bhutas- earth, water, fire, air and space. Learn ways to cleanse each of the five elements within you, which when practiced regularly, can lead to a sense of rejuvenation and well-being within.
Why 21 days?
what is the significance of 21? In the yogic science, 21 is a significant number because it is a fourth of 84, which is the number of cycles that the creation has been through. There is a certain physiological significance to the numbers 84 and 21.
Infact, Studies and research have shown that any new activity, carried out judiciously for 21 days, naturally becomes a part of your routine.
Our aim is that by the end of 21 days program, the yogic practices and the lifestyle should become the new routine as every activity that you do can become a process for your well-being

"When we say sadhana, we are not talking about any particular aspect. We are talking about using every aspect of life – both internal and external – so that it is a continuous nurturing for your life. Because the very nature of a human being is such, unless there is some dynamism, some movement in his life towards betterment within and outside of himself, he will feel frustrated. He has to keep moving to a newer and newer possibility. Sadhana is that which facilitates that.
Everything can be sadhana. The way you eat, the way you sit, the way you stand, the way you breathe, the way you conduct your body, mind and your energies and emotions – this is sadhana. Sadhana does not mean any specific kind of activity, sadhana means you are using everything as a tool for your wellbeing." - Sadhguru
