Dhyāna Sandhya
Dhyāna Sandhya
A small pause during the Sandhya kala or twilight zone that changes everything
Oct 10 Onwards · Live Online · Zoom
Throughout the day, nature enters powerful transition periods known as Sandhya Kalas or twilight zones — specifically the 40-minute windows surrounding sunrise, noon, and sunset. During these times, the human energy system undergoes a rapid shift, making it remarkably easy to bring the left and right energy channels (Ida and Pingala) into harmony. For centuries across the world, these sacred windows have been synonymous with deep spiritual practice.
